Tank Jowett Solicitors secured Not Guilty verdicts on all charges following a three-month gangland murder trial involving nine defendants.
The prosecution alleged a meticulously planned drive-by shooting in Dudley, followed by the use of a safe house and identity manipulation. The defendant was accused of playing a central role in both the shooting and the getaway. The defence required a detailed and careful analysis of vast amounts of evidence to present an alternative interpretation of the events.
